Solo Driver Pay
Our company is growing and we are looking for people focused on growth and stability.
* Start @ $0.50 CPM. Guaranteed $1200-1600 a week. Opportunity for raises throughout the year
- Weekly direct deposit
- 1099
- Average 2000-3000+ miles per week. If you are a runner you will make GREAT $
- $3,000 Sign-on Bonus – $500 first paycheck after orientation, $500 per quarter from first to third quarter, and $1,000 at one-year anniversary
- Longevity Bonus – Quarterly 2 cpm bonus after one year of employment
- Accessorial Pay – detention, drop, and layover
- $1000 Referral Bonus $ – rules apply
Driving For Solideo
- Minimum 2 Years experience with a CDL. All drivers must pass a driving/drug test and interview of character before joining the team. Background checks are required.
- Manual & Automatic Trucks – Peterbilt, Freightliner, Kenworth and Volvos 2012 and newer with KEEPTRUCKIN Electronic Logs
- Most holidays off
- Dry van and flatbed opportunities!
- Inverter, fridge in every truck
- Dependable/Flexible home-time (at least every 7-10 days)
- Dedicated/Regional routes – Mainly to Midwest and West.
